Return & Refund Policy – Windy Bow Tie

At Windy Bow Tie, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Packaging, including the bow tie box, must be undamaged and intact — we do not accept returns with ripped or damaged boxes.
- Items with wearable marks, stains, or any odors (other than the original product scent) will not be accepted.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee
A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee helps cover handling and quality assurance processing.
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $5 restocking fee.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product shows signs of use or wear (marks, stains, body odor, or fragrance).
- The original packaging (box) is ripped or damaged.
- The item was customized or marked as final sale.
